Our work on the field of biological therapy in the dermatology department of Somogy Vármegyei Kaposi Mór Teaching Hospital

Abstract

We aimed to demonstrate the diversity of our ward’s activity. In establishing this diversity, the role of Prof. Dr. Zita Battyáni is outstanding, on the base of her clinical experience and high level of up-to-date knowledge. One of the areas of this work is the introduction of biological therapies, and our ward has become one of the national biological centers in Hungary since 2009. This publication presents the therapeutic options of biological therapies used in our ward in different diseases, with a general summary and results with statistical analysis.
