Abstract
Neuroblastoma is the most common malignancy in infancy with variable clinical symptoms depending on the location of the primary tumor and the development of metastases. The authors present the case of a 2-month-old infant with a tumor at the abdominal region, that had been present since birth. Lymphangioma and negative abdominal status had been diagnosed on the initial ultrasound, however further examinations at our institution confirmed the diagnosis of neuroblastoma.
