Tourism Development Studies for Sárospatak 2026 - Case study in hotel management
Abstract
The study *Case Studies in Hotel Management* serves as a timely and valuable educational resource for courses aiming to bridge hospitality theory with the real-world complexities of hotel operations. It addresses a range of current, practice-oriented topics, including hotel classification and quality assurance systems, as well as the impact of COVID-19 on hotels in Budapest. The material covers workforce management, tourism innovation, smart hotel solutions, sustainability, and accessibility, alongside numerous hotel-focused case studies drawn from the Hungarian and broader hospitality landscape.
