Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- The original, non-anonymised version as well as an anonymised version were also submitted.
- The non-anonymised version includes institutional affiliation details and email addresses of the authors.
- The manuscript includes a title and abstract in English (maximum 200-200 words) and 3-5 keywords in English.
- If graphs or tables are embedded in the manuscript in a non-editable format, they are also attached in a separate file in an editable format.
- Authors may send a cover letter to the editor summarising the main points of their manuscript and their contribution to the known results. A cover letter is not a mandatory element of manuscript submission.
