Criteria for a Training Plan in Key Identity
Abstract
This document in manuscript was prepared by the Secretariat of Ministry of Pious Schools with the aim to form and strengthen members of the order of the Piarists and lay people associated with them in the “original” identity of the community (Secretariado del Ministerio de las Escuelas Pías: Criterios para un plan de formación en clave de identidad, 2012). Clearly, this work cannot be done in a haphazard or improvisatory manner but requires a well-prepared training plan. By analysing the concept of identity and proposing a sufficiently multifaceted and dynamic conception, the document offers criteria for the elaboration of a such a training plan directed to the formation of key identity.
