A munkaerő-migráció dinamikája Szerbia, Magyarország és Ausztria összehasonlító elemzése
Absztrakt
A tanulmány a szerb–magyar–osztrák migrációs kapcsolatrendszert vizsgálja, különös tekintettel a gazdasági, történelmi és intézményi tényezőkre. Az elemzés rámutat arra, hogy a migrációt nem kizárólag gazdasági okok, hanem identitásbeli és szabályozási tényezők együttesen alakítják. Az eredmények szerint Ausztria továbbra is elsődleges célország, míg Magyarország köztes és befogadó szerepet tölt be. A kutatás megállapítja, hogy a migrációs folyamatok komplexek, és jelentős gazdasági és demográfiai hatásokkal járnak a régióban.
