Abstract
This essay reconstructs the Mongolian narrative of the Battle of Mohi based on Chinese-language Mongolian historical sources. Although the sources examined in thisstudy contain invaluable information on the Battle of Mohi and the Mongol invasion of Hungary,no academic work has ever been published in Hungary or elsewhere in the world toaccomplish this reconstruction.
