The issues of trade and distribution of museum military radios in the light of the current military legislation

Abstract

The issue of the trade and distribution of museum military radios may seem to be a marginal area, but its importance regarding military communication equipment is certainly outstanding. The regulation governing museum military radios, and in particular the rules on their distribution and trade, have not ever been analyzed, although they may be considered rather important in a country's defense policy and communications. The aim of the present article is to show how the regulation on museum military radios, their trade and distribution are developing in Hungary, as a member state of the European Union, and what are the criminal aspects of its regulation.
