A hatékony vízgazdálkodás kialakításának gátjai Magyarországon

Abstract

The biggest obstacle to form a national level water politics in Hungary is the lack of existence of a uniform, professionally based water strategy approved by all relevant parties. The problem is that there are contradictions among the institutions, government itself in the field of water management. The Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Rural Development, Ministry of National Development presume themselves the same responsibilities and on the other hand the dissociation of the responsibilities in the field of the water management cannot result an efficient governmental coordination. How can the water politics become a dominant component of our national vision, as it was drawn in the “National Water Strategy” that was formed in March 2013 and sent for discussion thereafter. How can a “water brand” set up in Hungary?!
