Potential long-term directions of national defence law and administration based on the research accomplishments until now

Abstract

During the decades of regime change the public administration and defence sector were transforming simultaneously with the social changes. However the change related academic researches did not succeed completely in all domains. For example scientific analyses connected to defence administration and it’s various areas are incomplete, that emerged a demand for expanding scientific researches to this domain as well. In this article the authors present the actual status and main areas of recent defence law and administration researches, as well as the status of the subject’s education. The authors make proposals for potential research directions, subject matters, and in addition for modern forms of defence law and administration education based on research accomplishments.
