About leadership in different aspect

Abstract

A military leader has complicated tasks to carry out. He has own several ethical-political, professional and sufficient qualities. What needs a commandant, a military leader to fulfill those? Which equipment, capabilites and thinking has he to own? The author looks for the answers under the head-word "About leadership from a different aspect" in the Chapter 6 of his book "On the March. Thoughts of a Soldier"; an edited version of this is published hereafter.
