Abstract

At the time of globalisation there is an increasingly need for international cooperation in the field of non-proliferation. The permanent development and transformation of these days focuses on that weapons of mass destruction and their means of delivery come out at unauthorized controlling of goods and technology that can be used both for civilan and military purposes became especially difficult. The study points at the relevant security challanges in globalised, high-tech world and states that significant international cooperation is needed for export control.
