A katonai büntetőjog fogalma és forrásai
Abstract
In spite of the fact that military criminal law has been constantly modernized during the thousands of years of its history, its general aim, namely the reinforcement and maintenance of military discipline and its inner structure based on the division of material, procedural and executive law has not been changed. Military criminal law can be determined as an entirety of norms concerning the actions attacking military affairs, the impeachment of their perpetrators and the implementation of punishments in order to maintain military discipline and standby. Therewith we have to count on the sources of military criminal law that are based on international and national, legal and non-legal measures.
