Abstract

The examination of climate change in an aspect of security policy is in its first phase. It is due to that is an enormous complex and highly indefinite system which is in a close interaction with another, also constantly changing great system, the society. On the other hand climate change has well-known and also until now unknown risks. Science aims to reveal all those risks and to recommend points of decision for policy and specialized politicians. In the article on the one hand the authors try to flash the effects of climate change for the everyday actions of military; on the other hand they show the tri-conflict theory of climatic extremities
(soldier, state, and climate change), using and developing the research results of this topic.
