Abstract

In the study analyzing the theoretical and practical questions and components of territorial military administration, that has won the 2nd award in the competition of Association of Hungarian Military Science 2008, the Authors present the place of territorial military administration in the structure of the Hungarian public and the inner military administration, they handle its subject, tasks and organizational structure based on legal regulations, delineate the process of conversion to the new scheme, summarize experiences of the function and change-over to the new organization of draft agencies suiting the scheme of a volunteer force.
