Megjegyzések az önkéntes tartalékos rendszer felülvizsgálatának margójára

Abstract

The author of this article – as a secretary of a working group, established by ministerial decision 2008, No.23, that is responsible for the review – had the opportunity to observe the review process. The main goals were to analyze the workings of the Hungarian voluntary reserve system and elaborate proposals for the system’s development in the interests of the government. The review process was very complex and many MoD organizations, other ministries, and employer’s or employee’s professional chambers were involved in it. Also it was supported by noted professional experts. In the end, several proposals had been elaborated, which were approved by the Parliament in parliamentary resolution 2008, No. 124, which means new tasks for the government.This article is based on the conclusions of the summary of that review and gives a short summary about the main proposals concerning the future.
