ANALYSIS OF DISASTER MANAGEMENT THROUGH SYSTEMATIC APPROACH

Abstract

In the article below, that has won 3rd price of the competition of Association of Hungarian Military Science 2009, the Author analyzes disaster management through systematic approach. Beside the presentation of the general components and elements of the system that has been considerably modernized in the last decade, he describes primarily the procedure of actions and practical application of the so called interfering subsystem. In the second part of the study he summarizes in an appendix those national legal regulations, norms and requirements that are conform to EU legislation concerning the system of disaster management. Assuming a simple eventual procedure he demonstrates in the last pages the activity of the fire department of a bigger city by using the principle and mathematical apparatus of mass service.
