Integration and dezintegration

Abstract

The history of the states including the national groups and individuals often is formed by processes expressed in contraversal abstraction-pairs, such as war and peace, detente and tension. We can name in these abstraction-pairs the complicated process of integration and dezintegration too.In the first part of the study the author showes the process of ointegration ont he examples of four international institutions (the UN, the NATO, the EU and the OSCE). Int he second part he describes the processes during the post-cold-war period and the latest decade, moving int he direction of dezintegration, having destabilizing
effect and threating the international security.
