The police advisory mission and the OSINT

Abstract
Although the OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) is not a new method as far as the intelligence is concerned at the same time its role is more worth then earlier. In one hand the OSINT cannot replace the traditional intelligence gathering procedures in the other hand utilization of it should be more justified within the police missions. That is why it is important to scrutinize the connection between the OSINT and the international police advisory missions. This sort essay tries to outline these features.
