The place, role and justification of military criminal law and justice in the systems of the state and society

Abstract

The paper wishes to draw attention to the domestic situation and problems of the Hungarian military criminal law and justice. The author is using scientific and historical arguments to neutralize the counter-arguments generated in the recent decades of the subject of study. The paper points out the importance of the role of armed forces, military criminal law and military justice in the state and in the society. The paper examines the concept of military criminal law and the role of military criminal law and justice. The author considers that the regulation of the military criminal law and justice needs a partial separation from the civil criminal law and justice.
