In this article the author presents the occurring changing by the effect of the climate change in the Arctic region. Although the highlighting of the subjective view, still the picture about the situation of the region from the perspective of the Scandinavian states. The importance of theme has given that the world’s the oldest and the most extensive cooperation is between the Nordic countries that they formulated different targets into change management. The Stoltenberg report and overview of the region from military point of view and Arctic’s strategy of the northern countries has given possibility for the further developing.
