Abstract
Due to changed geo-strategic circumstances (the Arab Spring, connections with Iran and the Syrian crisis) Al Qaeda’s strategy, tactic, structure, technical and a geographic determinants has been changed, it became a loose alliance of local organizations with local agenda, without central leadership. But the organization must not be drawn off. Its local affiliates are more dangerous and can regroup in remote areas with power vacuum and from the Syrian crisis and new alliance with Iran can get a renewed strength.
