Abstract

Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) is a non-profit social organization, established by a presidental decree, and participates in formulation and realization of the Russian foreign policy's ambitions with its organizational structure and task system as well as its projects. Its first realised project is a collection of studies and documents in six volumes with the title: "Russia in the global world: 2000-2011."
