In this paper, I would like to point out that not only are there links between them, but
also close relationships can be discovered in their continuous interaction. Force, combat, and sport are about struggle, and in many cases, sport preserves its original weaponry, such as fencing and shooting, and in other cases abstractly model combat. However, the two activities are competing for different stakes. In a clash of military forces, the stake is usually possession and power, or in many cases mere existence. In the sport, struggle comes in a tame form, yet it manifests itself. It can be stated that the main difference is respect for life and performance above all in sport. Among those who do military service are athletes who have achieved excellent results at international level, raising their country’s reputation at world competitions.
