Abstract

The concept and theories of job satisfaction are closely related to the research on the phenomenon of motivation and work motivation. The complex combination of needs, the effort invested in meeting them, and the state after success is what can be called satisfaction, which in work perspective is called job satisfaction. Numerous studies have been conducted to explore the factors influencing job satisfaction. Besides, it is also worth mentioning how the phenomenon impacts on everyday work. According to former results, high level of job satisfaction effects positively the efficiency of everyday work and supports achieving organizational goals.
