Abstract

The German OSCE Chairmanship’s motto reflected their goals. The motto of the German OSCE Chairmanship in 2016 was built around three objectives: renewing dialogue, rebuilding trust, restoring security Europe. The study – one part of a larger research work – describes the achievement of these objectives, unusually in the function of the OSCE institutions.
