Supporting Solutions During the Special Interventions of Disaster Management

Abstract

There are many events that result in significant structural damage in the building structures and the people there are unable to escape on their own. The chance of the injured people who are trapped in the ruined building to survive is decreasing rapidly over time, so it is important that the right technical equipment and expertise be on site. The paper describes the conditions at the damaged area and the options of technical rescue intervention.
