Europe’s Differentiated Defence
Abstract
This article analyses European defence policy within the theoretical framework of differentiated integration. The study examines forms of internal differentiation within the EU,with particular emphasis on PESCO, and highlights the growing trend toward external differentiation through flexible cooperation, ad hoc coalitions, and deeper relations with NATO.
