Abstract

In terms of vocational education, digital and pedagogical skills play a prominent role these days. The absorption power of the industry require that incoming students be employees who fully meet the technological challenges of the age. The most important condition for acquiring the necessary knowledge and for the perfect transfer of curriculum and professional knowledge is the most perfect communivation between teacher and student. Taking into account the possible existence of a communication gap resulting from the differences between generations the goal should be to develop the digital and pedagogical competencies of instructors tot he most perfect level. One of the conditions for this is the continuous training of instructors and future instructors and the subsequent further training of those already working in the curriculum. The management of the given educational institution, together with the maintainers must make the possibility of using the neccessary technikal tools available to instructors and students.
