Az EU és a civil társadalom nemek közötti egyenlőséget célzó szakpolitikai kezdeményezéseinek újragondolása történelmi visszatekintő elemzéssel
Absztrakt
A nemek közötti egyenlőség, mint a tizenhét fenntartható fejlődési cél közül az ötödik, katalizátorszerepet tölt be a fenntarthatósági törekvések megvalósításában. A Nemek Közötti Egyenlőség Európai Intézete (EIGE) becslése szerint a nemek közötti egyenlőség megvalósítása az Európai Unióban 2050-ig 9,6%-kal (körülbelül 3,15 billió euróval) növelhetné az egy főre jutó GDP-t, és akár 10,5 millió új munkahelyet teremthetne, miközben hozzájárulna a szegénység, az éhezés és az egészségügyi egyenlőtlenségek csökkentéséhez. Stratégiai jelentőségét tükrözi, hogy az EU mint egy 110 milliárd euró támogatást különített el a civil szervezetek számára a 2021 és 2027 közötti időszakban a nemi egyenlőtlenségek kezelésére. Ennek ellenére a előrejelzések azt mutatják, hogy a teljes egyenlőség eléréséhez még évtizedekre lehet szükség. Ezzel párhuzamosan a legújabb kutatások rávilágítanak arra, hogy a kizárólag női kedvezményezetteket előnyben részesítő finanszírozási struktúrák nem szándékolt módon erősíthetik a nemi polarizációt azáltal, hogy a férfiakat elsősorban akadályként, és nem érdekelt félként (stakeholder) jelenítik meg. Ez a tanulmány a kortárs nemi egyenlőségi szakpolitikai megközelítések szisztematikus szakirodalmi áttekintését ötvözi a reneszánsz gondolkodók – Isotta Nogarola, Christine de Pizan és Laura Cereta – által kidolgozott stratégiák történelmi visszatekintő elemzésével. Az ő perspektíváik az inkluzív bevonódást, a nem szembenálló nemi narratívákat és az antagonizmus nélküli kritikai felelősségre vonhatóságot emelik ki. Ezen felismerések alapján a tanulmány az EU finanszírozási kritériumainak felülvizsgálatát javasolja a nemek közötti egyenlőség előmozdítását szolgáló, relációsabb és inkluzívabb szakpolitikai keretek támogatása érdekében.
