Újszülöttgyilkosságok Németországban. Egy nagyszabású tanulmány ismertetése
Absztrakt
Cél: Jelen ismertetés az Észak-Rajna-Vesztfáliai Rendőr-főkapitányság kutatócsoportja által 2015-ben közzétett tanulmányt mutatja be, melyben a Németországban az 1990–2007 években ismertté vált újszülöttgyilkosságok (kettő kivételével) minden tartományból származó ügyiratainak kriminalisztikai-kriminológiai adatait elemezték matematikai statisztikai módszerekkel.
Módszertan: A német szerzők a kriminológiai jelenségtani megközelítésben a cselekmény, az elkövető és az áldozat jellemzőit elemzik, ezért a jelen ismertetés a német tanulmány minél részletesebb, tehát minél használhatóbb bemutatására törekszik.
Megállapítások: A német szerzők által létrehozott adatbázis elemzése igazolt valószínűségi adatokat nyújt az elkövető és az elkövetés jellemzői tekintetében.
Érték: Kevesen vállalkoznak arra, hogy egy országban, jelentős időtávban ismertté vált, az újszülöttek sérelmére elkövetett cselekmények teljes körét elemezzék kriminológiai-kriminalisztikai céllal. A német szerzők által létrehozott adatbázis elemzése alapján levont következtetések segítik a nyomozati munka optimalizálását, a nyomozás stratégiai tervezését és a taktikai elemek megválasztását. Érdemes tehát ezt a szempontot érvényesíteni a majd 40 éves időtávot felölelő magyar adatbázis további elemzéseiben is.
