Szexuális bűnelkövetők a kriminálpolitika erőterében
Absztrakt
Cél: A tanulmány célja a szexuális bűnelkövetők kezelését, illetve a visszaesés megelőzését célzó eszközök rövid áttekintése, különös tekintettel azok hatékonyságának kérdésére és az alkalmazásukkal kapcsolatban felmerülő aggályokra.
Módszertan: A tanulmány megállapításai a releváns nemzetközi szakirodalom áttekintésén alapulnak.
Megállapítások: Az áldozatvédelem és a prevenció szempontjából kiemelkedően fontos a beavatkozási eszközök hatékonyságának, eredményességének szisztematikus elemzése. Az egyes eszközök valódi hatóerejének feltárását különösen indokolja a jelentős érzelmi telítettség, a gyerekbántalmazást körülvevő elemi indulat, valamint az a tény, hogy a szexuális elkövetők a bűnelkövetők „veszélyes osztályaként” jelennek meg, a szexuális bűncselekmények pedig jellemzően a szigorú, punitív büntetőpolitika motorjaként működnek.
Érték: A szerzők szándékai szerint a tanulmány hozzájárul a szexuális bűnelkövetés, illetve a pedofília egyes kriminálpolitikai vonatkozásaival kapcsolatos ismeretek gyarapításához.
