A szintetikus katinon-származékok hatásai: irodalmi áttekintés
Absztrakt
Cél: A tanulmány célja, hogy a leginkább releváns szakirodalom módszeres áttekintésével feltárja azokat a hatásmechanizmusokat, biológiai válaszokat, amelyek a szintetikus katinonok használatával megjelennek.
Módszertan: A szerző témaorientált szisztematikus irodalmi áttekintést végzett, amelyben a témához szorosan kapcsolódó, magas evidenciaszintű, felfedező vizsgálatokra fókuszált. A vizsgálati mintába csakis azok a közlemények kerülhettek, amelyek címük alapján leginkább relevánsnak mutatkoztak a témában, és empirikus vizsgálatok primer kutatási eredményeit közlik (n = 24).
Megállapítások: Az önadagolást, diszkriminatív ingerhatást, a lokomotoros aktivitást vizsgáló, és kondicionált helypreferencia teszteket alkalmazó kutatások eredményei – kivételes esetektől eltekintve – egyértelműen igazolják a szintetikus katinon-származékok abúzus- és addikciós potenciálját, valamint pszichostimuláns hatását. Ezzel együtt bizonyos szintetikus katinonok jelentős változásokat idéznek elő a bél mikrobiomjának sokféleségében és taxonómiai összetételében, továbbá nem zárható ki egyeseknél a DNS-re gyakorolt mutagén hatás, amely hosszú távon is súlyos problémákat okozhat.
Érték: A tanulmány elsőként foglalja össze magyar nyelven a szintetikus katinonokkal kapcsolatos újabb empirikus kutatási eredményeket. A bemutatott eredmények nemcsak az orvos- és egészségtudomány, hanem a rendészeti hivatás gyakorlói és a rendészettudomány művelői számára is hasznosak lehetnek.
