Kant ismeretelméletének aktualitása a kortárs kognitív tudományban
Absztrakt
Az utóbbi évtizedekben a kognitív tudomány meghatározó szereplői és e tudományág fejleményeire reflektáló filozófusok egyaránt jelentős szemléletbeli változásra lettek figyelmesek, amit a kognitív tudomány kanti fordulataként fogalmaznak meg. Falzepour és Thompson szerint a kortárs kognitív tudományban a kantiánus agy képe bontakozik ki (Falzepour–Thompson 2015. 223). Hovatovább, egyes filozófusok a kortárs, ún. prediktív feldolgozás elméletén alapuló kognitív tudományt „neo-neokantiánusként” aposztrofálják (Swanson 2016. 2). A prediktív feldolgozás elméletének filozófus apologétája, Andy Clark szerint ez a teória kétségkívül visszatérés Kant ismeretelméleti alapállásához (Clark 2013. 24).
