Our case of pemphigus foliaceus appearing in the form of erythrodermia

Abstract
The case of erythroderma of pemphigus foliaceus’s origin of a 71-year-old male patient is presented here. The disease started 2 years ago The clinical picture, results of DIF, and histological examination were initially controversial, but finally the diagnosis was confirmed with the results of repeated histological and immunofluorescence examinations. As a result of long-term corticosteroid and then combined immunosuppressive therapy, as well as improving the patient's compliance, it was possible to achieve relief of the symptoms.
