Abstract
The author presents in this article the previous programs in the field of justice and home affair’s cooperation, and the integrated border management, which is a proceed of one of these programs. The system’s development directions are demonstrated in this article, the deficiency of expansion is depicted, moreover
revealed by the author. Finally he allocates that European Council’s encouragement is correct, because it is possible to save a human resource by the automation and the machines are more reliable on long term.
