Absztrakt
A kétrészes tanulmány második részében az öt BRICS alapító állam közül Kína és India arktiszi tevékenységét mutatjuk be és elemezzük. Továbbra is kitérünk a stratégiai dokumentumok átfogó értékelésére és a korábbi stratégiákhoz képest bekövetkezett változások bemutatására, majd a szakpolitikai dokumentumok elemzését követõen az államok gyakorlatban végzett arktiszi tevékenységét is bemutatjuk, rávilágítva az elmélet és a gyakorlat összhangjára vagy disszonanciájára.
