A genus alternans megjelenésének vizsgálata a Chartae Latinae Antiquiores Sankt Gallen-i anyagában
Absztrakt
Jelen tanulmány célja megvizsgálni a genuszkeverések jellemzőit Sankt Gallen 8. századi oklevélanyagában. Ezen belül a legfontosabb kérdés az, hogy kialakult-e egy váltakozó nyelvtani nem, az ún. genus alternans. Ennek eldöntésére megvizsgáltam azokat a főneveket, amelyek a klasszikus latintól eltérő egyeztetési mintázatokat mutattak. Ennek révén több olyan főnevet is sikerült találni, amelyek esetleg a genus alternanshoz kötődhettek. Az itt bemutatott eredmények alapján viszont nem állapítható meg egyértelműen ennek a nyelvtani nemnek az állapota, így a pontos feltárás még további kutatást igényel.
