The topic of sustainable tree care and forestry management has become particularly important nowadays, as global climate change, depletion of natural resources, and the reduction of green spaces urge the widespread adoption of responsible management and environmental protection practices. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the economic and environmental aspects of sustainable tree care, with special emphasis on the practical application of modern technological tools – primarily the Fakopp 3D acoustic tomograph – and the analysis of public attitudes towards waste management. The first part of the thesis reviews the theoretical and legal foundations of sustainable tree care, introduces relevant international and domestic literature, and summarizes the regulatory environment. The practical chapter provides a detailed description of the operation and benefits of the Fakopp 3D technology and shares observations based on my own experience in horticulture and arboriculture. The empirical part of the research consists of an online questionnaire survey, aimed at mapping public attitudes and practical habits regarding the recycling of waste generated during tree cutting and gardening activities. The survey received 113 responses, which were analyzed with statistical methods. The results show that while environmental awareness is relatively high, lack of information and infrastructural obstacles pose significant barriers to the broader adoption of sustainable waste management practices. In the conclusion, We summarize the main findings, provide an economic analysis, and formulate recommendations for further development of sustainable tree care and waste utilization practices, with particular attention to the role of local communities and municipalities.

The global energy crisis and the COVID period have accelerated the growth of demand for renewable energy sources, in which both Hungary and China are committed, although they face different economic and technological challenges. The study, ellaborated in 2024, examines the development of energy relations between Hungary and China, taking into account the global energy crisis and certain aspects of sustainability. The aim of the research is to analyze energy market changes and explore their effects on cooperation between the two countries, with particular attention to renewable energy sources and energy independence. In addition to the opportunities inherent in the energy transition and the development of green technologies, geopolitical and economic challenges affecting energy security are also highlighted. A PESTEL analysis explores the impact of numerous political and economic aspects on energy prices and energy dependency issues, as well as the possibilities for cooperation between the two countries. Furthermore, a case study analyzes the energy structure and economic relations of the two countries.

The chosen topic is gaining increasing importance in domestic labor market research, and both the HR field and the professional press are dedicating more attention to it. This is employee engagement, which is examined together with another modern area: corporate social responsibility, or CSR. Thanks to new approaches and research findings, it is now clear that there is a very important and direct connection between these two fields. The research seeks to answer whether employees are more engaged when their workplace has CSR activities. The study relies on quantitative research methods. There were 100 relevant, high-quality responses, with diverse demographic and workplace coverage. Overall, a significant percentage of respondents have a negative view of their workplace, do not plan to stay long-term, and are dissatisfied with internal organizational processes and communication, which are also related to CSR activities. It can be stated that respondents who gave more positive answers and were more satisfied had CSR activities at their workplace.

There is much more behind the visual communication of wedding dresses than one might initially think. Bridal attire reflects the culture, society, historical era, and external expectations of the time, as well as the individual wearing it. Its significance is not only important from the wearer’s perspective but also in how it appears and influences visual perception. The emotional value of a wedding dress goes far beyond the bride simply feeling comfortable in it. The wearer’s sense of comfort is determined by how confidently she carries the chosen dress and expresses herself. Visual communication affects all areas of life and is present daily in an individual’s life. In our opinion, the research was successful, and the insights presented may help shed new light on the visual communication of wedding dresses and Tori bridalwear.
